Description
“We insist on dedicating the most cutting-edge processes to the most tasteful individuals.
THE SPIRIT FROM U.S BORN IN TAIWAN – American spirit. Taiwanese manufacturing.
Inspired by the wings and intake ducts of the F22 fighter jet, the initial design incorporates the aesthetic of JET SL/SR’s body, giving birth to high-quality and stylish kits.
We refrain from creating generic aerodynamic kits because each car’s design lines are unique, and the aerodynamic coefficients vary. Only with specialized kits designed for specific cars can we outline the most fitting design for your beloved vehicle. This approach allows for genuinely effective Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) testing, with paired usage resulting in outstanding aerodynamic performance—slicing through the wind like two sharp blades, hence the name: Dual Blades.
KWP specifically employs S.L.S (Selective Laser Sintering Technology), a process vastly different from the common FDM technique (fused deposition modeling with filament stacking). It is a top-notch 3D printing technology capable of producing finished products directly for sale. This product boasts excellent resilience and strength, UV resistance to prevent cracking under intense sunlight, high-temperature resistance (no deformation after being immersed in boiling water for 30 minutes, while typical 3D-printed products start deforming around 70 degrees Celsius), acid and alkali resistance, fine surface quality, and resistance to scratches and stains.
However, the powder cost is extremely high (approximately over 5000 NT dollars per kilogram of American raw materials), with a high consumption rate (about 50%). Moreover, it requires a million-dollar-grade dedicated laser machine for processing. Followed by post-processing with an ultrasonic bath to clean up the excess material, the construction cost is high, and only professional printing factories have the capability to produce and manufacture. For aerodynamic kits, such advanced processes are exceptionally rare, if not nonexistent (as far as we know, none). Nevertheless, KWP persists in presenting you with this cutting-edge process because we aim to provide you with a durable product that can accompany you through all terrains.
(All products are fixed with 3M VHB premium adhesive tape, leaving no residue and not damaging the paint surface).”
